One thing that I really like is challenging myself to start a new project, and because I love music, the natural outward expression of this love is creating Animated Music Videos. In this page there is a collection of the projects In which I got involved as a freelancer and in which I had more freedom in the choosing of style and direction! Please enjoy:)

“After midnight” 
Concept for a graphic novel with a twist of oriental philosophy, settled in a post apocalyptic world shattered by humanity's conflicts. 
A way of reasoning about the greatest problems of the last century, nuclear disaster, energy management troubles, pollution and 2% theories. 
What is gonna happen after the end of the world?

Animated video for the single ''ULULA'' from the italian Hip Hop duo Rancore & Dj myke. 
I worked on character design, background art, and all the layouts for the motion animation. 
It is the story of a  lone wolf that after missing his love starts a journey to pursue hir arch enemy: a vampire with the power of turning himself into a swarm of bats, or a black cat with glowing green eyes. 
Our hero will travel through deep woods, and a city (vaguely inspired to Rome) while folliwing his prey, until he finds him in a giant cathedral for the final fight!

Animated Short clip for a single ''VOLARE'' by the italian hip hop duo Rancore & DJ Myke. 
This track consists in a remix (with lots of scratches) of the famous italian song by Toto Cutugno ''Nel blu dipinto di Blu'' and belongs to the bigger project Skratch Instinct. 
The story we told is about a small black cat that has a strange dream (maybe strange in the world of cats): to learn how to fly! 
Ignoring an old sketptical owl looking at him, he tries to jump in the sky and then...you'll discover the end if you take a look!
I worked on the Character design, backgrounds and all the animations.
